Legal Consultation: Free

No fees apply at this stage.  To obtain our advice on your case, simply phone to arrange a time when we can discuss matters. Alternatively, email us or fill in the online question form. We’ll explain what the case is about, what the implications are for you and what courses of action you can take. You’ll then be able to make an informed choice on how to proceed. Many people find that they don’t need a lawyer and are simply glad to have matters clarified. Others want ongoing legal representation and are free to engage us if they choose.  We will give you an indication of likely fees at this stage. Call us today for a free, confidential legal consultation.

Court Representation: One Fixed Fee

After the initial consultation, if you wish to engage us, we work on the basis of a pre-agreed fixed fee for the whole case. From experience we have found this to be the fairest and most widely acceptable arrangement. Charging by the hour can see fees rocket. Such is the le

gal system now that hours, even days, can be spent waiting in court for a case just to get started. Fixed Fees give certainty. Once we know the detail of our involvement, we work out the fee and we stick to it. However long the case takes, our commitment is to the case, not a timetable. Our suggested fee takes into account the alleged offence, the proposed plea and the complexity of the case. All this is detailed fully in our fee proposal.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card, or Paypal.  Whatever suits

Insurance Cover for Legal Expenses
